About me
My name is Benjamin Gaches. I’m a bilingual (French–English) training designer and researcher who creates experiential learning and analysis tools — from e-learning courses to tabletop simulations — for organisations working on real-world challenges.
I believe we learn best through embodiment: by stepping into roles, whether familiar or new, in safe-to-fail environments where we can play, test, and grow intuitively. That’s why I focus on tools that recreate engaging situations and help people learn by doing.
I bring a collaborative mindset to every project, working closely with clients to understand their learners and goals — and translating that into practical, grounded designs. With an international education and over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with UN agencies, academic institutions, and armed forces — delivering training in person across Europe and Africa, and online to learners around the world.
If you’re looking to create a simulation, training, or learning experience for your team, beneficiaries, or clients, I’d love to talk.
