Mid 2024, I led a team of instructional designers in rapidly developing an online course on Sports and Climate Change. To align the needs of the visual design team, implementers, and subject matter experts, I used structured, inclusive communication to balance priorities and find shared solutions. By introducing clear templates and a rapid feedback loop, we delivered a consistent, high-quality course on a tight timeline.
