In collaboration with the International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO), I have been helping deliver a yearly facilitated course on e-learning design since 2022. Alongside group sessions, I provided tailored coaching to small teams and individuals, helping them develop their own online training from the ground up.
I worked closely with participants to understand their needs, set practical goals, and guide them step by step through the design process — from first concepts to fully developed courses ready for launch. By focusing on the content they were creating, each coaching session became immediately applicable, building both confidence and practical skills.
