Exploring complex problems, testing decisions, and gaining new perspectives through structured roleplay.

Analytical simulations combine scenario-based thinking with the lived knowledge of your team to explore difficult decisions in a guided, risk-free environment. They can be used to identify blind spots, clarify assumptions, and improve planning around complex or uncertain situations.

This approach is at the heart of my PhD research, where I investigate how embodied simulations and wargames can help us better understand the dynamics behind grave crimes and political violence. Drawing on this work, I design custom simulations — from focused roleplay to full-scale analytical wargames — to support organisations in exploring challenges before they happen.
