Training Simulations

Learning by doing — building skills, testing decisions, and improving through experience.

Simulations are a powerful tool for learning because they allow participants to practice in an artificial environment what they'll need to accomplish in reality. From nuanced scenarios to role-play exercises, these tools give learners space to test approaches, reflect on outcomes, and improve — safely and iteratively.

Whether integrated into a broader training programme or used as standalone experiences, I design simulations that develop both decision-making abilities and practical skills. Simulation design is also a key focus of my PhD research, where I explore how embodied experiences can deepen learning and change behaviour in complex environments.
